Marcela Garcia joined Bridgewater Benefits & Insurance Solutions in 2024.

Marcela grew up in Mexico and graduated from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo with a law degree in 2014. After graduating, she led the department of retirement and social services for the Workers of the State of Michoacán (ISSSTE). In her role, she advocated for the people’s best interest by protecting their assets and preparing them for a better future. In 2015, she began working as a prosecutor.

In 2019, seeking personal and spiritual growth, Marcela moved to the United States. Upon moving to the Bay Area, Marcela started working for Monterey Market and has developed a strong interest in Human Resources. Marcela enjoys continuing her education within Human Resource-related subjects, exercising, hiking, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Bay Area, as well as spending quality time with her family.
