Luke has been in the financial services industry since 2014. He specializes in risk mitigation with a large emphasis of his business in Property & Casualty Insurance, Life Insurance and Health Insurance. He thoroughly enjoys educating clients on their insurance choices and needs. He knows all clients are unique and makes sure they are being insured adequately based on their risk tolerance and philosophical approach to insurance. Luke and his wife, Natalie, live in Oakland. They have one daughter and a labradoodle named Noodle. Luke enjoys playing video games, golfing, and playing competitive baseball. He is an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Mariners and Boston Red Sox. Brian has been in the financial industry since 2003 and focuses his efforts on helping clients assure the solidity of their personal insurance portfolio. His three areas of focus are risk management solutions, retirement income planning strategies and individual & small group health benefits. Brian assists his clients to meet their needs with the ongoing changes in the insurance landscape by identifying what is the best position for them, their families and their employees. Brian and his wife, Kristin, are both graduates of the University of San Diego and currently reside in San Jose with their two children. In his spare time Brian enjoys cooking, playing golf, watching his kid’s sporting events and rooting for the San Francisco 49ers. CA Insurance License #0D89170

Marcela Garcia joined Bridgewater Benefits & Insurance Solutions in 2024. Marcela grew up in Mexico and graduated from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo with a law degree in 2014. After graduating, she led the department of retirement and social services for the Workers of the State of Michoacán (ISSSTE). In her role, she advocated for the people's best interest by protecting their assets and preparing them for a better future. In 2015, she began working as a prosecutor. In 2019, seeking personal and spiritual growth, Marcela moved to the United States. Upon moving to the Bay Area, Marcela started working for Monterey Market and has developed a strong interest in Human Resources. Marcela enjoys continuing her education within Human Resource-related subjects, exercising, hiking, and exploring the beautiful landscapes of the Bay Area, as well as spending quality time with her family.

Sara brings over 6 years of hospitality and real estate experience, including at Michelin Key Napa Valley luxury resorts and Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty. As a former realtor, she has firsthand experience obtaining tailored, cost-effective insurance for clients in the real estate market. Sara relentlessly prioritizes clients needs and upholds honesty and integrity in her work. A lifelong Solano County resident, Sara lives with her husband Brenden, who works as a federal employee for the Presidio Trust in San Francisco. They have a corgi named Luca (who loves to swim) and several rescue kitties. Together, Sara and Brenden enjoy traveling and experiencing new restaurants.
