Nick brings extensive experience from a diverse background in behavioral health, journalism, and sustainability. Whether assisting clients in identifying the best options in the market or conducting benchmark research, he leverages his unique skill set to deliver solutions tailored to each client’s needs. As a public sector consultant for three years prior to joining Bridgewater Benefits & Insurance Solutions, Nick supported the development and rollout of once-in-a-generation behavioral health initiatives for Medicaid recipients and the administration of over $500 million in grants.
Motivated by personal experiences with the healthcare system, Nick is passionate about helping employers and their employees access the benefits coverage they need to thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.
Nick is a graduate of UC Berkeley, where he earned his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with highest honors. He currently resides in San Diego and is actively involved in his community, mentoring young men through Boys to Men San Diego and volunteering with local non-profits. Outside of work, he enjoys fly fishing near Lone Pine, CA. Nick is also an Eagle Scout.
